Choose based on production capacity:
.The rated production capacity indicated refers to the output under specific conditions. For example, for a cereal feed crusher, it means that the raw material to be crushed is corn, with a moisture content of the safe storage moisture (about 13%), and the diameter of the screen plate aperture is 1.2 millimeters. Since corn is a commonly used grain feed, the sieve with a diameter of 1.2 millimeters is the smallest commonly used sieve hole. At this time, the production capacity is small, which takes into account the more common and difficult state in production.
The production capacity of the selected crusher should be slightly greater than the actual required production capacity; otherwise, it will increase the wear of hammer pieces, air leakage in the air duct, etc., leading to a decrease in production capacity and affecting the continuous production and supply of feed
Select based on the crushed raw materials:
For those mainly used for crushing grain feed, a hammer-type crusher with top feeding can be selected. For those mainly crushing chaff, bran, grains and wheat feed, a claw-type crusher can be selected. If good versatility is required, mainly for crushing grains, while also taking into account cakes, grains and straw, a tangential feeding hammer mill can be selected. For crushing mineral feeds such as shells, a sieveless shell crusher can be selected. If it is used as the pretreatment for premixed feed and the particle size of the crushed product is required to be very fine and adjustable as needed, special screenless crushers, etc. should be selected.
Preparatory work:
.Installation and fixation of the feed crusher. Before using the feed crusher, it must be fixed properly. If it works at the same location for a long time, the crusher should be fixed on a cement foundation. If the working location is frequently changed, the crusher and the motor should be fixed on a base made of Angle iron. If the crusher uses a diesel engine as its power source, the power of the diesel engine should be slightly greater than that of the crusher, and the pulley grooves of both should be consistent, with the outer end faces of the pulleys on the same plane.
After the feed crusher is installed, the tightness of each component should be checked. If there are any loose parts or screws, they should be tightened.
Check whether the teeth claws, hammer pieces and rotor inside the feed crusher operate smoothly and whether there is any collision. Rotate the rotor by hand. The rotation direction of the rotor should be consistent with the arrow direction on the machine. Drag the belt by hand to check if the moving parts are flexible.
Instructions for Use:
When the crusher is in long-term operation, it should be fixed on a cement foundation. If the working location is frequently changed, the crusher and the motor should be installed on a base made of Angle iron. If the crusher is powered by diesel, the power of the two should be matched, that is, the power of the diesel engine should be slightly greater than that of the crusher, and the pulley grooves of the two should be consistent, with the outer end faces of the pulleys on the same plane.
After the crusher is installed, check the tightness of all fasteners. If any are loose, they must be tightened
It is necessary to check whether the tightness of the belt is appropriate and whether the motor shaft and the crusher shaft are parallel.
Before starting the crusher, first rotate the rotor by hand to check whether the claws, hammer pieces and rotor operate flexibly and reliably, whether there is any collision inside the shell, whether the rotation direction of the rotor is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the machine, and whether the lubrication between the motor and the crusher is good.
After the crushing table is started, it should idle for 2 to 3 minutes. Only when there are no abnormal phenomena can materials be fed for operation.
During work, always pay attention to the operation of the crusher. The feeding should be uniform to prevent blockage and stalling. Do not operate it under overload for a long time. If vibration, abnormal noise, excessively high temperatures of the bearings and the machine body, or material spraying outward are detected, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection. Only after the faults have been eliminated can work resume
The crushed materials should be carefully inspected to prevent hard objects such as copper, iron and stones from entering the crushing chamber and causing accidents.
