High-efficiency crushing system

The structure of the crusher has two types: automatic suction and forced feeding (the crusher is selected according to the model). When the material is sucked in or sent into the crushing chamber, it is rapidly crushed into powder or granular form under the continuous impact and collision of the hammer pieces. Then, under the action of centrifugal force or air flow, it is discharged into the impeller chamber at the bottom of the crusher through the screen holes.

Mixing mechanism: When the material propeller rotates, the small material hopper impeller chamber is forcibly sent into the conveying pipeline and then lifted to the top of the mixing bucket by the propeller. At this time, the material is evenly scattered back into the mixing bucket. The rising, falling and left and right rotation of the material in the mixing bucket are continuous, forming a mixing process, thereby achieving a uniform mixing effect.
