Machine Introduction：

The hay chopper is a feed processing equipment that uses corn stalks, wheat straw, rice straw and other crops as processing materials. Through mechanical crushing such as chopping and cutting, it produces feed suitable for livestock breeding of cattle, sheep, horses and deer.

It is mainly composed of feeding mechanism, chopping mechanism, throwing mechanism, transmission mechanism, walking mechanism, protective device and frame, etc. Its components are as follows:

(1) Feeding mechanism: mainly composed of the feeding table, upper and lower rollers, fixed blades, and fixed blade support seats

. When the hay cutter is in operation, all safety protection equipment must be complete

. Operators must fully understand the performance of the machine. It is strictly prohibited to start the machine after drinking alcohol, when ill or overly fatigued. During operation, no one or objects should approach the moving parts.

. Teenagers under the age of 16 and those who have not mastered the rules of machine operation are not allowed to work alone.

. The working area of the hay cutter should be spacious and equipped with fire-fighting equipment.

.  When feeding grass, the operator should stand on the side of the feeding hopper. It is strictly forbidden to put both hands into the protective cover of the feeding hopper. At the same time, it is necessary to strictly prevent wooden sticks, metal objects, bricks and stones, etc. from entering the machine by mistake to avoid damaging the machine and injuring people.

. The hay cutter must operate at the specified rotational speed. Overspeed and overloading are strictly prohibited.

. When replacing the fasteners of the moving and fixed blades, 8.8 grade bolts and 8 grade nuts must be used. Low-grade bolts and nuts must not be used as substitutes.

. If any abnormal noise is detected during operation, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection. The power must be cut off before inspection. It is strictly forbidden to troubleshoot while the machine is running.

. The amount of material fed in should be appropriate. Excessive feeding may cause overloading and shutdown. Of course, it should not be too little either. Too little will affect the chopping efficiency.
